This 3-week short course combines diverse elements to get you started on your journaling path, and keep you on it. I draw on 20 years of my own journaling experience to show how journaling can be playful, habitual, helpful — and fun to look back on in the years to come.
You don’t need to start a new notebook for this course
You never ever have to write ‘dear diary’
You don’t need to write every day
The first session lays out a foundation to build on, and the second and third sessions add depth and variety to the foundational concepts. While I teach the methods and principles that I use in my journaling practice, there is plenty of room for you to develop your own very personalised style.

what to journal about, and how to go about it
making it a pleasure, not a chore
privacy and potential breaches
how to choose your journal book
This is a hands-on course, and you will get pen to paper during the sessions. We also have time to chat, reflect, and share ideas.
