The course typically includes 4 sessions for your team, spread over a month. Each session runs for 2 hours and 15 minutes: time for group discussion, warm-ups, independent writing time and debriefing.

Light homework tasks are set each week, to reinforce ideas or habits discussed during the session.
Sessions are held via Zoom anywhere in the world. In-person courses can be arranged in Australia.
