Why do I process your data?
I collect, store and use your personal data to provide an event-related service that you request, to send a newsletter that you have signed up for, or to comply with legal requirements.
The legal basis for processing your data is to perform the services you request or to take necessary steps prior to fulfilling that request (GDPR 6(1b) “performance of a contract”). The same legal basis also applies if you provide me with a service.
Who else receives your data?
If I work with production partners, they may have access to the basic data needed to comply with your service request. For administrative purposes, other parties may have access to your personal data, including my accountant, my assistant, website and email hosting services, and cloud backup system. All these parties are GDPR-compliant.
How long do I keep your data?
I keep personal data for 10 years to comply with legal obligations. Data collected from newsletter subscribers is deleted only when that person unsubscribes.
